As our Director and Head of Operations, Miyingo provides strategic leadership and oversees the daily management of Ratib Tours and Travel. With an extensive network and deep knowledge of both Ugandan and European destinations, he ensures every journey is meticulously planned and perfectly tailored to our clients' needs. Known for his warm hospitality and disciplined professionalism, Miyingo is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and spends his free time exploring new global travel opportunities.
Nalubega Sakina
As our Accountant, Sakina efficiently manages the financial operations of Ratib Tours and Travel. Beyond her financial expertise, she is deeply passionate about sustainable tourism and community development. A lover of nature, local art, and Ugandan cuisine, Sakina brings professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a wonderfully positive spirit to our team.
Mutagubya Rashidah Musa
As our Travel Consultant (Operations), Rashidah uses her personal passion for exploring new cultures to craft unforgettable client experiences. Nyanzi Idriisa
Nyanzi serves a vital dual role as our Legal & Travel Consultant Officer. He ensures Ratib Tours and Travel operates in full legal compliance while expertly advising clients on visas, tour planning, and travel requirements. Whether he is managing contracts to safeguard the company or organizing personalized client itineraries, Nyanzi delivers professional and reliable assistance. Outside of work, he loves socializing and is an avid writer—we eagerly await his future autobiography!

We work with a small, handpicked, selection of freelance, professional safari guides. They all have a sound knowledge of the national parks and tourist locations of Uganda and other African countries. They are trained and experienced guides with an extensive knowledge of wildlife and culture, are qualified and experienced drivers and have first aid training.
